Land off Magerson Way, Nupend

An application for outline planning permission for a residential development (up to 80 dwellings) associated enabling works, infrastructure, landscaping and the construction of new vehicular accesses off Magerson Way, Great Oldbury is being prepared.

 

Before the application is submitted to Stroud District Council, we are seeking the views of the local community on the draft proposals.

 

This public consultation website has been created to present the draft proposals to the local community to receive comments and views on the proposed development.

The site for the proposed development is on land to the east of Nupend and accessed via Magerson Way, Great Oldbury.
