The Proposals

The proposed development comprises up to 80 dwellings, associated enabling works, infrastructure, landscaping and the construction of new vehicular access off Magerson Way, Great Oldbury.

 

Whilst the application will reserve all matters of detail, an Illustrative Masterplan has been prepared shows how the site could be laid out to accommodate the proposed development.

Context

The site extends to around 4.5Ha and is accessed via Magerson Way, Great Oldbury.

The development is proposed to meet the housing land supply shortfall of Stroud District Council and will provide a range of affordable housing.
